We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who thrives in complex, creative environments and enjoys bringing people, ideas, and processes together to achieve exceptional results. This role is ideal for someone who can balance schedules, budgets, stakeholder relationships, and team coordination while guiding projects from early concept through completion. What You'll Do
Lead projects from concept through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with client goals
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
Learn and apply Solid Light's project management methodology, balancing individual project success with the efficient flow of work across the company's broader portfolio
Build and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Creative, Design, Fabrication, Multimedia, and Tech
Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, and communicate action items to stakeholders
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively solve challenges that impact scope, schedule, or budget
Collaborate with leadership to optimize staffing, project flow, profitability, and resource utilization
Guide project teams through client reviews and approval processes
Support the development of proposals, contracts, and project documentation
Manage project finances including purchase orders, invoices, receipts, and expense tracking
Foster strong communication and collaboration among internal teams, clients, vendors, and subcontractors
Help promote Solid Light's values, culture, and commitment to excellence
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Five or more years of project leadership experience
Strong schedule development, planning, and organizational skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Openness to learning and embracing a unique project and portfolio management approach focused on team collaboration, workflow optimization, and organizational throughput
Ability to translate ambiguous ideas and evolving concepts into clear requirements, actionable plans, and measurable deliverables
Curiosity and aptitude for quickly becoming knowledgeable in new subject areas and industries
Strong client relationship and stakeholder management abilities
Experience managing budgets, contracts, and project financials
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Project Management
Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
Ability to translate and disseminate evolving information to multiple different disciplines, ensuring fluid communication
Willingness to travel domestically as needed
