Project Manager

Fireline Sprinkler, LLC is a full-service fire protection contractor specializing in commercial fire sprinkler systems - from design to installation and maintenance.  Our mission statement reflects our purpose: "Your Life Safety is Our Life's Work".

We are growing in the Southeast and looking for a Project Manager to lead and coordinate fire protection projects from start to finish.  This role works closely with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. 

*This is an on-site role and will work out of our Charleston, South Carolina office.  It is not a remote position. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.


• Coordinate with sales, design, purchasing, fabrication, and field teams.


• Manage project lifecycle: design, permits, materials, labor, and installation.


• Represent Fireline at job site meetings.


• Track and approve change orders and maintain detailed project documentation. 

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of project management experience, preferably in fire protection or construction.


• Proven success managing commercial projects ($100K - $5M).


• Familiarity with NFPA codes and building regulations.


• Proficient in project management software.


• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.


• Bachelor's in Project Management, Engineering, or Construction Management preferred.
