The Project Manager is responsible for delivering construction services The Samet Way out of our Wilmington office, bringing projects in within agreed-upon budgets and timeframes while meeting or exceeding quality standards and client expectations. The role carries comprehensive oversight of all project phases, from preconstruction through closeout.

Physical Demands: Regularly required to sit, walk (including on rough or uneven surfaces), use hands and fingers to handle equipment and files, reach, drive, bend, talk, see, and hear. Language Ability: Able to read and comprehend detailed instructions, long correspondence, and memos; write complex correspondence; and communicate effectively one-on-one and in small or large groups with associates or clients.
Computer Skills: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint. Able to collaborate remotely via Zoom or Teams and type complex correspondence.
Math Ability: Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals; compute rate, ratio, and percentage; and draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability: Able to comprehend and execute detailed written and oral instructions using common-sense reasoning, and navigate obstacles involving a few concrete variables in conventional situations.
Certificates and Licenses: A valid driver's license is required.
