Position Overview:

As a Project Manager at Jonesbororealtycompany, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction and renovation projects from start to finish. You will work closely with our team of contractors, architects, and designers to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources

- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and designers to ensure project plans are executed accurately and efficiently

- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion

- Review and approve project proposals, contracts, and change orders

- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being completed according to plans and specifications

- Communicate project updates and progress to clients and stakeholders

- Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project

- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies

- Conduct project closeout and ensure all necessary documentation is completed and submitted

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in project management software and tools

- Knowledge of building codes and regulations

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

- PMP certification is a plus
