Job Summary:
As a Project Manager at Jonesbororealtycompany, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various real estate projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with our team of professionals, including architects, contractors, and engineers, to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. You will also be responsible for maintaining effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and other team members to ensure that project goals and objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of real estate projects, including budget, schedule, and resources
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets and ensure that they are adhered to
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and identify any issues or risks
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and engineers to ensure that project designs are feasible and meet client requirements
- Communicate project updates and progress to clients, stakeholders, and other team members
- Manage project budgets and expenses, and ensure that projects are completed within the allocated budget
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
- Identify and mitigate any project risks or issues that may arise
- Ensure that all projects comply with relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, and foster a positive and productive work environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methods, and techniques
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of construction processes and techniques
- PMP certification is a plus
