PROJECT MANAGER

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

- Coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members

- Conduct regular project meetings to track progress, identify and resolve any issues, and ensure project objectives are met

- Manage project budgets and expenses, ensuring they are within the approved budget

- Monitor and report on project progress, including timelines, budget, and quality standards

- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

- Lead and motivate project team members to achieve project goals

- Continuously evaluate and improve project processes and procedures

- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status and performance

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field

- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the real estate industry

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Knowledge of project management tools and software

- Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards in the real estate industry
