Location:

Asheville, North Carolina. This is a full-time, on-site position offering daily collaboration with project teams, clients, and trade partners.

Note:

Applicants must have at least 4 years of commercial construction project management experience. Candidates should have experience managing commercial construction projects from planning through completion. Experience with healthcare, K-12, higher education, CMAR, or Design-Build projects is preferred.

Job Description

• Manage multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, quality, and overall project performance.
• Participate in preconstruction planning for CMAR and Design-Build projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, field teams, and project stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project schedules while proactively resolving issues and delays.
• Lead client meetings and maintain strong relationships throughout project execution.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation.
• Monitor project costs, change orders, and project reporting.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Budget and schedule management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Healthcare, K-12, higher education, CMAR, or Design-Build experience preferred.
