Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various projects within our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met

Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion

Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery

Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and senior management

Manage project resources and ensure they are utilized effectively

Conduct project meetings and provide regular updates to team members

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards

Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors

Provide leadership and guidance to project team members

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management

Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Proficient in project management software and tools

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
