Reynolds Restoration Services is looking for an experienced, self-motivated Project Manager to manage disaster restoration and reconstruction projects from initial estimate through completion. You'll spend approximately 40% of your time in the field and 60% in the office, with an administrative team to support your efforts in the field.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities:
Inspect damaged properties and assess restoration needs on-site.
Prepare detailed estimates using Xactimate or Symbility.
Collaborate closely with insurance adjusters, homeowners, and stakeholders.
Coordinate vendors and subcontractors to ensure project deadlines are met.
Handle change orders, manage budgets, and oversee project quality.
Deliver top-tier customer service every step of the way.
Qualifications:
3+ years of hands-on Project Management experience in construction (high-end residential or general contracting preferred), or experienced as a property claims field adjuster.
Experienced in projects range from $5k-$2M- primarily residential (80%), some light commercial (20%).
Have strong relationships with local subcontractors and vendors.
Proficient in reading plans, managing budgets, and keeping timelines on track.
Being a creative problem-solver who thinks outside the box.
Experience in Xactimate (XM8), Symbility, DASH, and Microsoft Office.
Valid Driver's license and vehicle
Ability to read, understand, and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedules.
Demonstrate a solutions approach and experience using non-traditional skills or methods in the reconstruction process.
Preferred:
Education: 2–4-year technical degree preferred.
