Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from conception to completion

- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans

- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion

- Communicate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project requirements are met

- Oversee and coordinate all on-site activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control

- Negotiate contracts and manage subcontractors and vendors

- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies

- Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management

- Identify and resolve any project issues or conflicts in a timely manner

- Maintain accurate project documentation and records

- Conduct project evaluations and implement improvements as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management

- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents

- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures

- PMP certification is a plus
