Position Overview:

The Project Manager will report directly to the President of Operations and serve as a key partner in driving operational excellence across the firm. This role is responsible for leading cross-functional projects, improving business processes, implementing new initiatives, and ensuring operational consistency across all departments. The ideal candidate is a strategic problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys turning ideas into measurable results.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the President of Operations to execute strategic initiatives and firm-wide operational improvements.
• Lead the implementation of new processes, procedures, and operational best practices across departments.
• Collaborate with department leaders to identify workflow inefficiencies and develop scalable solutions.
• Manage cross-functional projects from planning through execution while ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
• Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to executive leadership.
• Assist with change management initiatives and ensure successful adoption of new processes.
• Work closely with Intake, Pre-Litigation, Litigation, HR, Finance, IT, Marketing, and other departments to improve collaboration and efficiency.
• Identify operational risks, remove bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements that enhance productivity and client service.
• Support implementation of new technology, software, and automation initiatives.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of operations, business process improvement, project management, or law firm operations experience.
• Personal injury law firm experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success managing cross-functional projects and implementing operational improvements.
• Strong understanding of workflow optimization, process development, and change management.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience using project management and reporting tools is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

This position is onsite 5 days a week at our West Hollywood Office

Compensation Range:

$80,000+ depending on experience
