Job Position: Project Manager

The Project Manager — Project Operations is responsible for managing the day-to-day operational activities required to successfully execute and deliver projects. This position ensures that project resources, processes, schedules, budgets, vendors, and deliverables are effectively coordinated and monitored throughout the project lifecycle.
The Project Manager works closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, vendors, and management to maintain operational efficiency, resolve issues, manage risks, and ensure projects are delivered according to established objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Manage day-to-day operational activities associated with assigned projects.
Coordinate project resources, personnel, equipment, materials, vendors, and services.
Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, milestones, and operational timelines.
Monitor project activities and ensure tasks are completed according to established deadlines.
Coordinate communication between project teams, departments, vendors, and stakeholders.
Track project progress, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items.
Monitor project budgets, expenses, invoices, and resource utilization.
Identify operational challenges and coordinate timely resolution.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, project documentation, and workflow processes.
Ensure project activities comply with company policies, procedures, quality standards, and applicable requirements.
Coordinate vendor and contractor activities and monitor performance against project requirements.
Manage project meetings, operational reviews, status meetings, and follow-up activities.
Prepare project status reports, operational dashboards, performance metrics, and management updates.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
Support resource planning, workload management, and allocation of project resources.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
Manage changes to project requirements, schedules, resources, and operational processes.
Coordinate testing, implementation, deployment, or project launch activities when applicable.
Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct project closeout activities, including final documentation, financial reconciliation, lessons learned, and performance reviews.
Identify opportunities to improve project processes, efficiency, productivity, and cost effectiveness.
Support multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining priorities and deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
4–7 years of experience in project management, project operations, operations management, or a related field.
Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and operational activities.
Strong understanding of project management principles and operational processes.
Experience with project scheduling, resource coordination, budgeting, and reporting.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or other project management certification.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
Experience in operations, process improvement, or business transformation.
Experience managing vendors, contractors, and third-party service providers.
Experience with project financial management and cost control.
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience developing operational KPIs and performance dashboards.
Experience working with enterprise project management or ERP systems.
