The Project Manager is responsible for managing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring that project objectives, scope, schedules, budgets, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations are effectively managed. The Project Manager leads cross-functional teams, coordinates resources, manages risks and issues, and provides clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead projects from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and control through successful completion.
Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, requirements, timelines, and success criteria.
Develop comprehensive project management plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Coordinate cross-functional project teams and assign responsibilities and deliverables.
Establish project milestones, deadlines, dependencies, and critical activities.
Monitor project progress against approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
Manage project risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and constraints.
Develop risk mitigation and contingency plans and monitor their effectiveness.
Manage project scope and evaluate change requests and their potential impact on cost, schedule, and resources.
Coordinate project meetings and ensure action items are assigned, tracked, and completed.
Communicate project status, risks, issues, and milestones to stakeholders and senior management.
Prepare project status reports, dashboards, presentations, and performance metrics.
Manage project budgets, expenses, forecasts, and resource utilization.
Coordinate vendors, contractors, consultants, and external partners when applicable.
Ensure project deliverables meet defined quality standards and business requirements.
Maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, requirements, decisions, risks, issues, and approvals.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical, operational, financial, and business teams.
Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that may affect project performance.
Monitor project performance using appropriate KPIs and project management methodologies.
Ensure projects comply with organizational policies, procedures, governance standards, and applicable regulations.
Conduct project reviews, lessons-learned sessions, and project closeout activities.
Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and organizational efficiency.
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project team members.
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Operations, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
4–7 years of experience in project management or a related field.
Demonstrated experience managing projects from initiation through completion.
Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholders.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and project management software.
Experience with tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively.
PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or other recognized project management certification.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
Experience managing large, complex, or cross-functional projects.
Experience with project financial management and budget forecasting.
Experience with vendor and contract management.
Knowledge of project governance, quality management, and change management.
Experience working with senior executives and organizational leadership.
Experience in process improvement or business transformation initiatives.
