About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join a well-established construction organization in Honolulu, Hawaii. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional who enjoys taking ownership of projects, leading teams, and delivering high-quality construction projects from start to finish.

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.

This position is 100% onsite in Honolulu, Hawaii. Candidates must be willing and able to work onsite full-time.

What You'll Do

• Manage construction projects from preconstruction and estimating through execution and closeout.

• Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and cost controls.

• Lead subcontractor bidding, negotiations, procurement, and project coordination.

• Collaborate with superintendents, architects, owners, and project stakeholders.

• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, schedule, and profitability goals.

• Lead and mentor project teams while proactively resolving challenges.

• Manage change orders, reporting, documentation, and contract compliance.

What We're Looking For

• 5–8+ years of construction project management experience, including team leadership.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience.

• Strong knowledge of estimating, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and construction operations.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver successful projects.

• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency with construction project management software.

• Experience with Procore, Sage, or Timberline is a plus.
