Project Manager

Energy Talent Search is working with a commercial general contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager for a large ground-up project in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The Project Manager will work alongside senior project leadership and oversee members of the project team. This position will be responsible for day-to-day project management, coordination, cost control, scheduling, and execution.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage day-to-day construction activities for a large ground-up commercial project
  

• Work closely with senior project leadership to maintain schedule, budget, quality, and overall project execution
  

• Lead and develop project team members, including Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers
  

• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field leadership
  

• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, procurement, and project documentation
  

• Monitor project costs, forecasts, schedules, and potential risks
  

• Lead subcontractor coordination and ensure commitments and deadlines are met
  

• Participate in owner and project meetings and communicate project status effectively
  

• Identify potential schedule, cost, and issues before they impact the project
  

• Support project closeout and turnover
  

• Maintain company standards for safety and quality
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of construction experience with a commercial general contractor
  

• Strong ground-up commercial construction experience
  

• Experience managing large, complex construction projects
  

• Demonstrated experience managing subcontractors, schedules, budgets, cost controls, and project teams
  

• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  

• Ability to work full-time onsite in Las Vegas, Nevada

• Base salary: $135,000–$175,000, depending on experience
