Oversees the successful completion of facilities construction projects. Projects will vary in size between $5,000-$10,000,000. Support the site team, general contractor, and coordinate a team of consultant Project Managers and manage multiple projects at the same time. Oversees the facilities construction projects including Labs, Tenant Improvement, Cleanroom Manufacturing, Facilities Infrastructure. Manages relevant stakeholders, setting deadlines, communicating with project owners/company executives about the state of the project, ensuring projects stay on track and on budget, and adjusting if necessary to meet new requirements Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Implement communication plan and facilitates meetings with written reports/meeting minutes to keep stakeholders and project resources informed. Prepare and present project progress reports, financial reports, and other documentation. Identify and resolve project challenges, ensuring projects stay on track. Identify and remove obstacles. Lead teams to solve complex problems. Manages project scope, schedule, spends forecast, approving invoices, risk, quality and resources. Performs non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation through delivery. Coordinate cross-functional teams. Manage Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work (SOWs), and Change Orders with contractors and Lam Legal for project work. Manage badging process for contractors working on construction projects. Build solutions that will improve standard business processes and support critical business strategies. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve the process. ; Provide actionable insights for management to influence decision making through data collection and analysis. Ensure execution, manage risks, assure adherence to program or project schedules, and performance to meet business requirements. Bachelor's degree in related discipline Engineering, Facilities Management or related with 8 year's of experience; or 6 years with a Master's degree. 5 years related work experience in Facilities Construction Project Management, or Project/Construction management, 3 years of managing a team or supervisory of project managers. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills Strong written and oral communication skills to exchange information with senior management, service providers, workers and contractors. Understands all aspects and phases of the architectural, MEP design, and construction management process Working knowledge of SAP for use with purchase requisitions and orders Advanced Microsoft Excel, Project and PowerPoint capabilities Willingness to be proactive and take ownership of requests and abilityto prioritize workload to meet deadlines. Ability to adapt to change when necessary Strong financial acumen and ability to present financial data.
