## The group you\u2019ll be a part of\n\nThe Pilot NPI Team is within the Pilot supply chain business that focuses on enabling our internal customers with Rapid Materials Procurement solutions. We drive exceptional supplier performance and productivity to deliver all levels of NPI support material and services. \n\n## The impact you\u2019ll make\n\nAs a program manager, you will drive programs that enable speed of sourcing solutions for new part designs.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\n * The primary responsibility includes identifying what material should be stocked and what the stocking locations and quantities should be.\n * Act as the program manager who owns all the related activities to these processes in support of Team objectives for rapid manufacturing needs.\n * Perform data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. Influence stakeholders to drive optimization.\n * Manage Lam\u2019s liability for stocking plans, with considerations for obsolescence speed of availability, min/max levels, and claims settlement.\n * Prepare reports as needed for management to enable decision making.\n * Work closely with business teams and suppliers to understand specific challenges and pain points to create mitigation solutions.\n\n\n\n## Who we\u2019re looking for\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field with 8 years of related experience; or 6 years with a Masters; or 3 years with a Ph.D.\n * 5+ years of relevant experience with inventory management and/or Supplier management fundamentals.\n * Self-starter who can work independently to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.\n * Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.\n * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.\n * Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to develop and maintain business partner relationships at all levels of the organization.\n * This position is Onsite Flex, being in the office 3+ days per week.\n\n\n\n## Preferred qualifications\n\n * Knowledge in supply chain, procurement, inventory management and/or related field.
