PROJECT MANAGER

Job Description (Posting).

1.Develop a strong working relationship with clients to support the implementation and adoption of Aladdin

2. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance future implementations. Challenge the status quo.

3. Ensure a smooth transition from implementation to on-going client support teams.
4. Fluent in English, second language is a plus (Spanish, German, French)
5.Seven to ten years of work experience in the financial industry preferably for a buy-side technology provider (Charles River / Temenos / Avaloq / APT / BBG Port / )
6. Demonstrated experience successfully leading strategic technology initiatives within a global organization
7. Strong project management and coordination skills
8. Strong problem solving/analytical thinking
9. Solid understanding of the Wealth Management / Private Banking industry (investment advisory, discretionary management, MiFID II Suitability, etc K), capital markets instruments (equities, fixed income, derivatives, alternatives) and market risk (volatility, tail risk, tracking error, etc K). CFA / FRM a strong plus
10. Technologically aware to be conversant with clients and visualize opportunities. Technology knowledge is important, but a deep skillset is not necessary.
11. Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts simply and clearly to clients. Capable of connecting with multiple audiences and articulating lines of reasoning
12. Ability to operate as a self-starter, operating with limited guidance in a highly matrixed organization
13. Enjoys a fast-paced, high-intensity environment; able to manage multiple priorities
14. Must be client driven, have the ability to work within a team environment, and be focused on providing a high quality of service to the client
15. Leads individuals and team to achieve objectives and drive results; inspires and motivates people to the highest levels of performance. Is accessible, engaged and a positive force for change. Provides timely and actionable feedback
