## The group you\u2019ll be a part of\n\nAs a leader in Global Operations Supply Chain Network Planning Team, you will be responsible for influencing commodity supply chain planning with the goal of improving Lam\u2019s responsiveness to customer demands via a joint business planning process.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\n * This position reports to the Manager, Supply Chain Network Planning while supporting stakeholders from cross functional teams in Supply Chain, Sales Operations, Manufacturing and Order Fulfilment.\n * This person will join a team that drives business infrastructure, short and long-term planning processes and service level agreements between Manufacturing, Sales Operations, Supply Chain \u0026 Global Operations as our business becomes more complex.\n * Executive reporting of global availability and supply/demand risk while presenting a plan of record for the support of global product output across seven global factories and our spares network.\n * Develops and aligns service levels by commodity to ensure constraints and growth objectives are identified and executed. Does this by working with other Supply Chain Network Planners and cross functional partners in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Global Operations.\n * Manages the supply plan by identifying and determining specific supply strategies and when to use them.\n * Uses multiple planning and reporting systems (SAP, Kinaxis, Power BI) to validate the demand and supply signals, investigate anomalies, and make recommendations to the larger commodity team and seek executive approval to execute as necessary.\n\n\n\n## Who we\u2019re looking for\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 12+ years of experience; or Master\u2019s degree with 8+ years\u2019 experience; or equivalent experience.\n * 8+ years of related experience in project management or program management\n * Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.\n * Advanced analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support.\n * Supply and/ or demand planning experience is a must.\n * MRP system experience is a must, SAP and Kinaxis experience preferred.\n * Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience is a plus.\n * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.\n\n\n\n## Our commitment\n\n \n\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
