What You'll Do As Our Project Manager & Sales (PCH):
Manage residential landscape projects from initial client contact through final walkthrough.
Meet with prospective clients to understand their needs and guide them through the design-build process.
Develop project scopes, timelines, budgets, and proposals.
Coordinate with designers and production teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high-quality standards.
Serve as the primary client contact during the sales and execution phases.
Track project costs, profitability, and performance against sales goals.
Recommend enhancements to improve the client experience and operational workflow.

Our Ideal Project Manager:
Experienced: 3+ years in landscaping, horticulture, or project management. Strong knowledge of plant materials, installation methods, and residential site development. Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred if under 5 years of experience.
Certified: Pennsylvania Certified Horticulturist (PCH) strongly preferred. APLD, NCLC, or similar certifications are a plus.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with project management tools and basic design software. (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion.) AI experience like ChatGPT is a plus.
Organized: Skilled at managing multiple projects and details seamlessly.
Communicative: Clear and confident with clients and internal teams.
Decisive: Comfortable making informed choices and leading design direction.
Adaptable: Balances creativity with practical execution and site realities.
