About the Role:
This Austin-based Project Manager position is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating every phase of commercial construction projects throughout Central Texas. You'll partner closely with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences while mentoring future leaders and strengthening M&F's culture.
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, honesty, loyalty, and work ethic, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business. They have five or more years of progressive experience in construction management for a large-scale general contractor, with direct experience managing projects ranging from $5 million to over $50 million. The candidate is proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Bluebeam, project management software such as Prolog or similar, scheduling software such as Project or similar, and BIM tools including AutoCAD, Revit, or Navisworks. They have a proven history of leading successful project teams, developing direct reports, maintaining strong relationships with external partners, and are experienced in managing various contract types and delivery methods.
