As a Project Manager in the Supply Chain division, you will coordinate and implement end-to-end packing and transport solutions across several international manufacturing sites. You will lead the development of operational layouts, packing flows, and shipment plans supporting industrial programs.

Location: Kragujevac (with possible travels in Europe/North Africa)

Industry: Automotive / Manufacturing / International Logistics

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of packing areas, equipment, and associated plant flows up to container loading docks.
• Interpret technical drawings and layouts to ensure accurate packing process setup.
• Define and manage packing specifications for components and raw materials.
• Launch RFQs and award contracts to packing suppliers in coordination with purchasing.
• Build and execute packing and shipping plans:
  • Define time windows and priorities for container loading
  • Secure container availability
  • Coordinate with operations, logistics, and production planning
• Oversee quality checks on parts prior to packing.
• Supervise physical packing activities on site.
• Act as the main interface between central functions, plant teams, and logistics providers.

• 7+ years of experience in the automotive industry, with strong knowledge of supply chain and transport operations.
• Previous experience in packing flow optimization and international shipping projects.
• Ability to read and analyze industrial plans and layouts.
• Strong leadership in cross-functional project environments.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Willing to travel across Europe and North Africa on a regular basis.
