About the Role:

As a Project Manager at Kartchner, you are the central point of leadership for our construction projects. You will oversee planning, coordination, and execution from start to finish, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to our “Quality, Complete, Clean” standards. You will work closely with superintendents, trade partners, suppliers, and clients, providing clear communication, resolving challenges, and driving continuous improvement.

Do You Have What It Takes?

• 5+ years of project management experience in residential or commercial construction and relevant education.

• Proven success managing schedules, budgets, and project scopes.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate teams.

• Excellent problem-solving skills — you anticipate issues and proactively resolve them.

• Outstanding communication skills for coordinating with clients, trades, and suppliers.

• Proficiency in project management software (Buildertrend helpful)

• A commitment to safety, quality, and delivering exceptional results.
