What you'll do as Project Manager:

• Develop & manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams across job phases
• Conduct regular site visits and client meetings to ensure quality and progress
• Resolve job site issues and communicate project updates with professionalism
• Track job costs and generate reports on project performance
• Oversee multiple projects from kickoff to closeout with hands-on involvement
• Split your time between office/on-site (80%) and field oversight (20%)
• Travel to job sites within a 2-hour radius; up to 15 overnights/year
• Work Monday-Friday with flexibility; plan to average 45 hours/week

Our Ideal Project Manager:

• Experienced: 3+ years in estimating or project management required (commercial construction preferred). Must understand construction methods, costs, and building codes. Experience managing $500K+ projects and OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
• Tech-savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with CRM platforms (JobTread is a plus).
• Organized & Thorough: Tracks details and documentation carefully to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Communicative: Builds trust through clear, professional communication with clients, engineers, subs, and suppliers.
• Driven & Dependable: Highly motivated, deadline-oriented, and committed to follow-through.
• Team Player: Humble, hungry, and people-smart—with faith-aligned values and a desire to invest in team culture.

What we offer our Project Manager:

• $85,000–$110,000 base salary, based on experience
• $5,000–$15,000 in annual performance-based bonuses
