Project Manager, Construction

We’re looking for a Project Manager with a strong background in construction and a passion for delivering quality work, on time and on budget. Our ideal candidate is experienced in managing multiple projects, leading foremen, and creating strong relationships with both internal teams and clients.

🔨 What You’ll Do

• Lead multiple projects (typically $100K–$500K in scope) from start to finish


• Split time between field (70%) and office (30%)


• Coordinate closely with the sales and operations teams


• Build and manage schedules, documentation, and workflows


• Proactively address issues to stay on track and under budget


• Promote and maintain a safe job site


• Lead with our values: integrity, adaptability, accountability, and problem-solving

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years in construction project management (GC or subcontractor experience)


• Experience managing teams and working across multiple job sites


• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong communication skills


• Self-motivated and solutions-driven


• Comfortable with tech tools—experience with Procore is a plus


• Concrete experience and self-perform contractor background preferred
