Project Manager - Crime Fighting Analytics Platform

Our client is a Prague-based technology company delivering secure, AI-powered investigative and intelligence platforms to government and public sector organizations across Europe and the Middle East.

Their solutions support crime analysis, counter-terrorism, border control, and intelligence operations, currently deployed in more than 20+ countries. The company specializes in on-premise implementations in highly secure environments, working closely with national authorities and law enforcement agencies.

Your Mission

As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of end-to-end delivery of complex IT implementation projects directly in the field.

You will act as the bridge between technical teams and high-level government stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery from presales to go-live and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Project Delivery

• Lead the full project lifecycle: presales handover → kickoff → implementation → go-live → service transition
  


• Manage multiple parallel projects in high-security environments
  


• Ensure delivery aligns with strict timelines, budgets, and mission-critical requirements
  

Client-Facing Field Work

• Travel to client sites (Middle East & Europe) for:

  • On-site deployments & testing
    
  
  
  • Stakeholder alignment & feedback collection
    
  
  


• Act as the primary point of contact for government and institutional clients
  


• Build strong relationships with law enforcement, defense, and intelligence stakeholders
  

Stakeholder & Team Leadership

• Coordinate cross-functional teams (5–20+ specialists) including developers, analysts, and architects
  


• Bridge communication between technical teams and C-level stakeholders
  


• Drive alignment across internal teams, partners, and subcontractors
  

Delivery & Operations Management

• Plan and manage project scope, timelines, risks, and budgets
  


• Oversee billing milestones and contractual deliverables
  


• Ensure compliance with security policies, SLAs, and regulatory standards
  

Technical & Analytical Oversight

• Understand and support implementation of:

Requirements

Requirements

• Experience:
  
  
  
  • 4+ years in IT Project Management / Delivery roles
    
  
  
  • Proven experience with client-facing delivery and complex implementations
    
  
  
  • Experience managing multiple parallel projects
    
  
  


• Domain Understanding:
  
  
  
  • Background in data, analytics, AI, or system integration projects
    
  
  
  • Experience with regulated industries, government, or security environments is a strong advantage
    
  
  


• Leadership & Communication:
  
  
  
  • Strong stakeholder management skills (including C-level & international clients)
    
  
  
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams in dynamic environments
