This role is part of the Integrated Project Delivery Center (IPDC) team and will initially support Delivery Command Center and operational turnover priorities, while flexing to support broader Saline facilities needs as site requirements evolve. The Project Manager will bring structure, visibility, and disciplined execution to work spanning facilities operations, project delivery, business applications, workflow automation, reporting, procurement coordination, technology integrations, and user adoption.
The successful candidate will translate operational needs and fast-moving site conditions into clear project plans, accountable actions, and measurable outcomes. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.
• Lead assigned facilities technology and operations projects from intake and planning through implementation, operational handoff, adoption, and closeout.
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, roles, success measures, and delivery plans with stakeholders and functional owners.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, RAID logs, decision records, action trackers, status reports, and change control documentation.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, decisions, and escalation paths. Clearly communicate impacts, options, and recommended actions.
• Maintain reliable project reporting for site teams and leadership, reflecting actual conditions, ownership, due dates, and verified progress.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent defined projects while maintaining clear priorities and delivery discipline.
• Support the Delivery Command Center operating rhythm through blocker reviews, readiness reviews, stakeholder checkpoints, recovery discussions, and leadership reporting.
• Convert field activity, commissioning status, operational requirements, and schedule milestones into clear near term priorities and action plans.
• Coordinate readiness and turnover activities for assigned projects, including documentation, asset information, training, procedures, support models, open item disposition, and acceptance requirements.
• Partner with Operations early to ensure operational needs are incorporated into project planning rather than discovered at handoff.
• Facilitate readiness and handoff reviews. Capture decisions, conditions of acceptance, accountable owners, and closure dates.
• Validate reported completion through stakeholder checks, site engagement, evidence review, and reconciliation with project controls and commissioning information.
• Coordinate business requirements, user testing, implementation readiness, training, communications, and adoption activities with technical and operational stakeholders.
• Coordinate project related procurement activities, vendor deliverables, implementation dependencies, and required approvals in accordance with Oracle processes.
• Help establish practical, repeatable tools, templates, status definitions, and operating routines that improve execution across the Saline team.
• Track outcomes after implementation and capture lessons learned to improve future projects and handoffs.
• Partner with OCI Operations, Data Center Design and Construction, Engineering, Commissioning, Project Controls, Controls, Network, Low Voltage, Security, Life Safety, IT, Procurement, contractors, vendors, and other site stakeholders.
• Maintain clear interfaces between teams without assuming technical, contractual, or functional accountability assigned to discipline owners.
• Identify unowned, duplicated, or disputed work and drive timely ownership decisions before it becomes a delivery or operational risk.
• Build trusted working relationships while maintaining clear expectations, follow through, and escalation
