Project Manager, Delivery Excellence - Magellan Program

Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, quality, or a related field Minimum 5 years of technical or operational experience in the medical device industry Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or leadership roles Demonstrated experience leading or supporting large-scale change programs, preferably involving technology or systems transformation Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and associated business processes Ability to collaborate and influence in a global, matrixed organization Demonstrated decision-making capability that supports enterprise-level goals Advanced degree in a relevant field Experience with global deployments in Commercial or Manufacturing environments Adaptability to fast-changing environments with proven change leadership experience High integrity, professionalism, and executive presence Strong sense of urgency and execution focus Servant leadership mindset with the ability to empower cross-functional teams
