Main Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Define the objectives, scope, and deliverables of digital projects in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Establish a project plan and ensure adherence to deadlines, costs, and quality of deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and adjust action plans as necessary.

Team Coordination:

• Work closely with internal teams (production, maintenance, IT) and external parties (suppliers, service providers).
• Facilitate progress meetings and provide regular updates to management.

Digital Transformation Management:

• Identify opportunities for improving industrial processes through digitalization (Industry 4.0, IoT, Big Data, automation).
• Implement digital solutions such as MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), ERP, SCADA, or predictive maintenance tools.

Analysis and Optimization:

• Analyze production data and propose continuous improvement actions through digital tools.
• Conduct technological benchmarks and propose innovative solutions tailored to the industrial sector.

Technological Watch:

• Stay informed about the latest technological trends in Industry 4.0 (IoT, AI, digital twins, robotics).
• Propose innovative solutions based on the company’s needs and available new technologies.

Required Skills:

Technical Knowledge:

• Familiarity with digital tools and solutions applied to industry (SCADA, ERP, MES, CMMS).
• Understanding of automation technologies, industrial IoT, and industrial information systems.

Project Management:

• Proven experience in digital project management, ideally in an industrial environment.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, etc.).

Analytical Skills:

• Ability to analyze industrial processes and identify improvement opportunities.

Interpersonal Skills:

• Excellent communication and team facilitation skills.

• Leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional projects involving multiple departments.
