Primary Responsibilities

Project Management

1. Develop accurate project budgets by utilizing historical data from previous projects


2. Periodically visit all pending and active projects to ensure proper field methods and maintain complete knowledge of each project


3. Maintain knowledge of local material, labor, and equipment costs


4. Oversee and track all labor on each project, including outside subcontractors and internal labor sources


5. Provide predetermined deliverables in a timely manner, including verification of all completed work


6. Manage and develop team members to support their professional growth within the organization


7. Represent Our Client in all aspects of project operations, particularly standard job-site operations


8. Maintain strong client relationships at the project level

Position Requirements

Education and Experience

1. B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Finance, or Accounting is preferred


2. 3+ years of Project Management experience with a substantial estimating background, including 2+ years as an Assistant Estimator


3. MBA is a plus

Success Factors

1. Experience in marketing, sales, or client development and relationship management


2. Experience working for a commercial drywall subcontractor or General Contractor (GC)


3. Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in a high-pressure environment


4. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed goals with minimal supervision


5. Self-motivated and results-oriented


6. Commitment to personal and professional standards of excellence


7. Position requires working in the office and/or at job sites
