Overview of the Role:

Join a leading energy company as a Solar Repower Project Manager and drive the transformation of renewable energy infrastructure. This critical role focuses on leading pre-construction activities for solar repower projects, ensuring seamless transitions from development to construction execution while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, cost control, and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead pre-construction project teams through all phases from development handoff to execution turnover
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and risk registers for multiple concurrent projects
• Oversee engineering design activities across electrical, civil, structural, and mechanical disciplines
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies, utilities, and local authorities for permitting and compliance
• Support procurement activities including equipment specifications and vendor qualification
• Monitor project budgets and cost forecasts throughout the pre-construction phase
• Lead stakeholder meetings, reviews, and milestone presentations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field
• 5+ years of utility-scale renewable energy pre-construction project management experience
• Strong understanding of solar PV and battery storage technologies
• Experience with utility interconnection processes and environmental permitting
• PMP certification preferred
• Proficiency in project management software and Excel
• Outstanding communication and analytical skills
