HireNow Staffing is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee critical engineering and infrastructure projects across Los Angeles and San Diego. This opportunity is ideal for a driven professional with strong leadership, communication, and technical project delivery skills.

As Project Manager, you'll lead multi-disciplinary teams through the full project lifecycle from planning and design to execution and close-out. Your work will directly impact transportation, municipal, and environmental infrastructure projects that serve communities across Southern California.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of public infrastructure and civil engineering projects

• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget with a focus on quality and client satisfaction

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and regulatory agencies

• Oversee project documentation, compliance, and reporting

• Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of collaboration and technical excellence

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field

• Professional Engineering (PE) license or PMP certification preferred

• 7+ years of project management experience in civil infrastructure or related sectors

• Strong proficiency in project management tools and software (MS Project, AutoCAD, Civil 3D)

• Experience working with municipal agencies and public sector clients
