Job Description - Project Manager - Estimator

The Position: We’re looking for a Project Manager to oversee projects for residential & commercial losses caused by fire, water, mold and natural disasters. This person will develop relationships to build and grow accounts and manage projects. Starting salary is $60,000 that is negotiable based on experience.

Requirements:

• Must have restoration AND construction experience

• Xactimate experience is highly desirable

• Attention to details

• Must have good communication skills

• Must have a valid Drivers License

• Ability to travel out of town

• Pass background check and drug screen

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and determine sales areas for saturation and exploitation.

• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of corporate policy.

• Monitor/control construction through administrative direction of on-site Superintendent to ensure project is built on schedule and within budget.

• Evaluate construction progress and team performance to ensure projects are built on schedule and within budget.

• Manage financial aspects of contracts reporting.

• Identify all potential legal problems and litigation’s for their projects and reviews them with the Branch Manager and Construction Superintendent.

• Oversee completion of project close-out.

• Represent the company in project meetings.

• Provide technical assistance and support to all members of project team.

• Identify new work opportunities and inform Sales and Marketing of potential projects with current clients.
