Project Manager / Estimator - Commercial Construction

We’re hiring an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager / Estimator to lead projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role combines estimating, scheduling, and field coordination to deliver high-quality commercial builds.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare detailed commercial construction estimates and bids
• Manage project schedules, subcontractors, and vendors on active job sites
• Review drawings, specifications, and scopes for accuracy and risk
• Oversee on-site progress, budgets, change orders, and cost control
• Coordinate field operations to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence

• Strong experience in commercial construction project management and estimating
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
