Project Manager / Estimator - Commercial Glazing

We’re looking for a Project Manager / Estimator experienced in storefronts, curtain walls, and aluminium framing. This role oversees estimating, planning, procurement, and field execution to deliver glazing projects on time and within budget.

What You’ll Do

• Review drawings and prepare accurate estimates for glazing systems
• Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractors
• Oversee installation teams and ensure quality, safety, and compliance
• Track progress across multiple projects and mitigate risks
• Lead communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Prepare documentation, change orders, and closeout materials

• Experience in commercial glazing, curtain wall, storefront, or aluminum framing
• Strong ability to read architectural and shop drawings
• Background in glazing estimating
• Proven project management skills
• Knowledge of codes, safety standards, and glazing practices
