As our business continues to evolve, we are
looking for a Project Manager who will join us in a new role with a
strong focus on business development, project ownership, and strategic
collaboration.
This is not a conventional Project Manager
position.
It is a unique opportunity to work directly
with our Executive Director, gain first -hand exposure to strategic
decision -making, and gradually develop into a key business partner responsible
for managing projects, building client relationships, and driving
organizational improvements.
During the onboarding period, you will be
closely mentored and introduced to our business model, clients, and internal
operations. Over time, you will take ownership of projects and partnerships
while actively contributing to the future development of the role itself.
What will you do?
- Work
closely with the Executive Director on operational and strategic initiatives
- Support
the coordination, development, and optimization of projects across different
business divisions
- Build
and maintain strong relationships with clients and understand their business needs
- Monitor
project performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Analyze
data, prepare reports, and support business decision -making
- Research
market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Proactively
suggest new ideas, improvements, and innovative solutions
- Participate
in implementing new processes and organizational changes
- Collaborate
with different internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Contribute
to the growth and development of existing partnerships
- Gradually
take ownership of projects, clients, and strategic initiatives

Requirements:
- Previous
experience in project management, operations, client management, business
development, account management, or similar roles is considered an advantage
- Strong
analytical and organizational skills
- Fluency
in English and German is a must
- Ability
to work full -time out of our Belgrade office space
- Excellent
communication and relationship -building abilities
- Ability
to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
- Advanced
knowledge of MS Office tools
