client is seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to join our team at a leading biotech company.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee projects within the healthcare domain, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including researchers, developers, regulatory affairs, and quality assurance to drive project success.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and effectively communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues to keep projects on track.
Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment, motivating team members towards project objectives.
Conduct regular meetings, reviews, and post-mortems to evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout project lifecycles.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or Business Administration; advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience (X+ years) in project management within the biotech or healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of drug development processes.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is desirable.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
