Project Manager working under the direction of the Division Director and Division Administrator of the Division of Hematology, in the development and implementation of educational programming and industry partnerships for Hematology; The Project Manager will independently organize, implement, evaluate programs and learning activities for each program; The project manager will oversee budgeting and contracting, agenda and program design; identifies opportunities in both clinical and operational areas in alignment with strategic goals; helps to develop and facilitate a coordinated division-wide approach for turning identified opportunities into viable pursuits; participates in the development of metrics and key performance indicators; monitors and evaluates programmatic and operational effectiveness, and recommends changes as required for improvement; collaborates with hospital counterparts to optimize clinical effectiveness and efficiency by data sharing and development of key performance metrics; develops and maintains relationships and lines of communication with key Medical Center departments in developing and implementing communication plans and strategies to align with divisional initiatives, goals and objectives; ensures proper content and messaging executed online is relevant to divisional goals; assists in analyzing marketing data to help shape future marketing strategies; participates in the development and strategic planning of major symposiums, seminars, conferences and retreats with the purpose of advancing programs of the division and enhancing faculty experiences; Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2 years of relevant experience required. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
