Project Manager - Hybrid - Urgent

Project Manager

Location: Parsippany, NJ (Hybrid with 3 days’ office & 2 days’ remote)

Type: Contract

Rate: ($65 - $77)/hr W2 OR ($75 - $85)/hr C2C

Job Requirements

· Must have Technical Project Management experience delivering custom application developed software, that are consumer facing

· Maintain direct communication with T&I development teams and with Business teams to ensure accuracy on individual projects and the overall status of the projects

· Regularly communicate status of projects, issues and overall client activity to the team and Snr Development Manager - this includes leading status meetings as needed

· Escalate any major roadblocks or risk factors to the PMO Lead & AD Delivery Mgmt., and work together to initiate activities to quickly resolve issues

· Responsible for the budgetary requirements for all individual project activity

· Act as project manager for multi-varied projects; write functional specs, create project plans, lead kick-off meetings, and manage budgets

· Facilitate all phases of development including definition, development, implementation, testing and launch; developing any documentation necessary to clearly communicate project requirements and parameters

· Work effectively with other departments ensuring a smooth and productive flow of work

Required Skills

· Out of the total IT experience, at least 8-10 years’ experience in a technology focused project management role, or equivalent software development organization

· Experience developing feature/Functions for consumer facing applications and Web Pages

· Dynamic leadership, management and team building skills

· Strong people facing skills

· Successful track record managing multiple projects

· Strong presentation skills

· Sound qualitative & quantitative analytical skills

· Excellent oral and written communication skills
