Regularly review and adjust project OKRs based on ongoing analysis and stakeholder feedback, ensuring project objectives remain aligned with company goals.
Utilize Microsoft Viva Goals for tracking and managing project OKRs, and employ Palantir Foundry for advanced data integration and analysis, facilitating transparency and real-time visibility into project performance against objectives.
Communicate progress on project OKRs to all stakeholders, including executive leadership, through regular updates and review meetings.
Conduct post-project evaluations to assess the success of OKRs in driving project outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for OKR refinement in future projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in project management, with significant exposure to managing projects driven by strict adherence to OKRs.
