We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Financial Portfolio Analyst - Project Manager to join our dynamic finance team with Client. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial portfolios and overseeing projects related to financial planning, analysis, and reporting. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of financial initiatives and drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Portfolio Management: Develop and manage financial portfolios, including budget planning, resource allocation, and performance tracking. Analyze portfolio performance and identify areas for optimization and improvement.

2. Project Management: Lead and coordinate financial projects from initiation to completion. Define project Product, objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.

3. Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial modeling. Provide insights and recommendations to support key business decisions and drive financial performance.

4. Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders and senior management. Communicate financial insights, key findings, and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams, including finance, accounting, operations, and business development, to support financial planning and analysis activities. Build strong relationships and foster a collaborative work environment.

6. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, enhance efficiency, and improve financial reporting capabilities. Implement best practices and tools to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, portfolio management, and project management, preferably in the biopharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SAP).
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on driving results, making data-driven decisions, and managing multiple priorities.
