Project Manager – Janitorial Services

McNear Agency Services LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee day-to-day janitorial operations supporting commercial and government facilities. The Project Manager will supervise personnel, ensure contract compliance, maintain quality standards, manage customer relationships, and ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to contract requirements.

The successful candidate will provide leadership to supervisors and custodial staff while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of janitorial or facilities management experience
  
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
  
• Experience managing multiple employees
  
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication
  
• Microsoft Office proficiency
  
• Ability to conduct inspections and quality control audits
  
• Ability to pass background investigation
  
• Valid driver's license
  
• Experience with government contracts preferred
  
• OSHA knowledge preferred
