Project Manager- Kitchen & Bath Remodels

McHales is looking for an experienced and hands-on Project Manager to lead our Kitchen & Bath remodeling jobs from start to finish. Proudly serving our community for over 70 years, we’re built on a legacy of quality work and customer-first service, and we’re looking for someone who shares those same values. 

In this role, you’ll manage residential remodeling projects (think stunning kitchens and bathrooms), coordinate trades, and ensure every job runs smoothly, stays on schedule, and exceeds customer expectations. If you love seeing a project through from demo to final walkthrough- and you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty, it’s your time to shine! 

Responsibilities: 

• Take ownership of remodeling projects from start to finish 
• Coordinate with our Installation Manager and schedule the right trades at the right time 
• Ensure job quality, schedule, and customer satisfaction every step of the way 
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers and the team 
• Jump in with hands-on support when needed (tile, drywall, trim, etc.) 

Qualifications:

• Strong carpentry background with hands-on experience (tile setting, sheetrock, trim, cabinetry) 
• Proven ability to lead crews and manage subcontractors 
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to keeping projects on time and on budget 
• Excellent communication and customer service skills 
• A “get-it-done” attitude and pride in your craftsmanship
