Project Manager – Mechanical Services (5+ yrs exp. req.) Responsibilities

•    Manage installation of mechanical systems in Philadelphia-area commercial buildings
•    Oversee project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance
•    Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy
•    Partner with the Estimating Department on labor, material, and subcontractor costs
•    Conduct weekly/bi-weekly site visits for progress checks and problem-solving
•    Be proactively prepared to share clear project updates in weekly meetings
•    Pivot between small and large projects and manage respective change orders
•    Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors
•    Provide accurate and timely project status reports

Project Manager – Mechanical Services (5+ yrs exp. req.) Qualifications

•    5+ years of project management experience with a mechanical contractor is required
•    Experience with large-scale mechanical projects for commercial buildings is required
•    Ability to read drawings and understand mechanical project scopes is required
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required
•    Willingness/ability to travel locally to project sites required
