Responsibilities:
- Handle all preconstruction steps, such as submittals, coordination and site visit.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and job progress.
- Coordinate with field crews, contractors, and vendors
- Manage all job impacts, RFI’s, Change Orders.
- Attend all job PM meetings.
Review plans/specs and ensure code compliance - Track costs, change orders, and project documentation
- Coordinate all project close out steps, such as final punch-list items, coordinate demobilization, Warranty letters, Operation Manuals and AS-Builds.
Qualifications:
- Project management experience (construction/plumbing preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Bonus: Commercial plumbing experience
