Job Description - Project Manager - Need Local candidates in Austin-TX - USC & GC Only

REQUIREMENT:
Project Manager 2 - Medicaid & MMIS
Austin, Texas (Onsite)---Locals Only
Need Overall 10+Years of experience
3 References from the recent projects are must.
Minimum Qualifications:

7 years of experience in Large-scale IT project management (system integration, vendor/resource mgmt., procurement transition)

7 years of experience with Medicaid Enterprise Systems, including Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS).

7 years of experience identifying problems, evaluating alternatives, and implementing effective solutions.

7 years of experience developing and evaluating policies and procedures and preparing reports.

7 years of demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines.

7 years of experience with Medicaid business operations.

7 years of experience overseeing the planning and execution of major projects, including facilitation and documentation of high-level critical path dependencies across multiple projects.

7 years of experience successfully leading meetings and facilitating discussions among multiple stakeholder groups, including vendors.

7 years of expertise using Microsoft Office products: Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook.

7 years of experience establishing project goals and objectives that align with state and HHS strategic plans as well as federal directives.

7 years of proven ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical groups and manage multiple responsibilities.

7 years of strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

7 years of experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and independently perform a variety of complex tasks; a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

7 years of excellent oral and written communication skills.

4 years of certification in Project Management from a recognized project management organization

Preferred:

3 years Knowledge of Texas Medicaid programs.

2 years of Experience Texas HHS program experience.

2 years of Experience Provider enrollment systems experience.

1 year as Scrum Master certification

Specific Skills:

Project Management (Large IT, vendor & resource mgmt).

MMIS & Medicaid Enterprise Systems.

MITA Framework & Medicaid Ops.

Critical Path & Project Planning.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management.

Policy & Procedure Development.

Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Project).

Analytical & Problem-Solving.

Oral & Written Communication.
