Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Project Manager to oversee construction projects from initiation to completion. The Project Manager will plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities:
Lead planning and execution of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary.
Manage project budgets, track expenses, review cost reports, and implement cost-saving measures.
Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor work progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Resolve issues or conflicts that arise during the project, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track.
Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and risks.
Maintain project documentation accurately and file according to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, successfully managing projects from start to finish.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes, with the ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing project teams.
Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore, Primavera) highly desirable.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering quality results.
Ability to work effectively under pressure, managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced construction environment.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
