Project Manager | Orange County, CA

Pay: $130,000 - $165,000 per year + Profit Sharing + Performance Incentives

As we continue expanding, we're seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our new Orange County office in Dana Point. This is a unique opportunity to help build a new operation from the ground up while managing high-impact commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. What You'll Produce (Your Outputs)

• Successfully completed commercial construction projects delivered safely, on time, and within budget


• Accurate project schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, contracts, and documentation


• Strong client relationships and exceptional customer communication


• Efficient coordination between field operations, subcontractors, architects, and owners


• Profitable projects with strong financial oversight and successful closeouts

What You'll Do

• Manage commercial construction projects from pre-construction through project closeout.


• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and subcontractor agreements.


• Lead communication with owners, architects, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.


• Conduct project meetings, site walks, inspections, and quality control reviews.


• Monitor project costs, forecasts, and profitability while protecting project margins.


• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, building codes, permit requirements, and contract obligations.


• Lead and mentor Superintendents and Foremen while fostering accountability and teamwork.


• Identify project risks early and proactively develop solutions.


• Maintain organized project documentation using company SOPs and systems.


• Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout every phase of construction.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.


• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, buyout, and contract administration.


• Experience managing RFIs, submittals, permits, project documentation, and financial reporting.


• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage field teams and multiple stakeholders.


• Excellent communication, organization, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.


• Thorough understanding of OSHA safety standards and construction regulations.


• Ability to thrive in a growing, entrepreneurial company.


• Spanish speaking is preferred but not required.
