• Oversee all phases of commercial plumbing projects, from pre-construction through project closeout
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met
• Review project specifications, drawings, and submittals for compliance and accuracy
• Manage procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery
• Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies
• Supervise and mentor field personnel and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are achieved
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality assurance protocols, and company procedures
• Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to leadership
• Perform other duties as assigned to support overall project and company success

• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial plumbing or mechanical contracting
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and construction processes
• Skilled in reading and interpreting construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities
• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and project deliverables
• Commitment to excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction

• Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Sage 300 (Construction and Real Estate Software)
• Project Management Software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms)
