Project Manager – Residential & Light Commercial Restoration (Bowling Green, KY Region)

Overview

A regional restoration provider is seeking a Project Manager to support residential and light commercial projects based in the Bowling Green, KY market. This role will focus primarily on local projects, with travel required during catastrophic (CAT) events.

The ideal candidate will bring a balanced background in mitigation, reconstruction, and estimating, with the ability to manage projects efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage residential and light commercial restoration projects from start to finish
  
• Coordinate mitigation and reconstruction efforts
  
• Develop accurate scopes and estimates using industry tools
  
• Oversee subcontractors and internal crews
  
• Maintain communication with homeowners, adjusters, and stakeholders
  
• Ensure timely project completion, documentation, and billing accuracy
  
• Respond to CAT events as needed, including regional travel
  

Required Experience

• Experience in mitigation and reconstruction project management
  
• Proficiency in estimating platforms (Xactimate or similar)
  
• Ability to manage multiple smaller -scale projects simultaneously
  
• Strong customer service and communication skills
  

Location Requirements

• Must reside within 1.5 hours of Bowling Green, KY
  
  • Nashville metro area acceptable
    
• Travel required during CAT events
